Santhigiri opens its centre in city

To promote Ayurveda

The Shanthigiri will provide for traditional Kerala Ayurveda Panchakarma treatments and relaxation massages at its new centre. There will be specialised treatments available for Arthritis, Asthma, diabetes, migraine, hypertension, psoriasis, paralysis, muscular pain, joint pain, sports injuries, obesity and others, said Swami Padmaprakash Jnanatapasvi, Head of the Santhigiri Ayurveda and Siddha Hospital, Bangalore region.

Indian system

Mayor Sandesh Swamy inaugurated the centre. In his address, he called for popularising  Indian system of medicines like Ayurveda and panchakarma treatments. People all around the world have started to accept the traditional Indian system of medicines. There is need to promote these treatments and provide branding for it, he added.

Dr Vimal, Dr Heera of Santhigiri Ayurveda and Hospital and others were present.
