<p>Thiruvananthapuram: A charred body was found inside an unfinished hall of an engineering college in <a href="https://www.deccanherald.com/india/kerala">Kerala's </a>Karakulam on Tuesday morning, police said.</p>.<p>The body was found by the college's security staff at around 8 am.
