<p>Thiruvananthapuram: An IAS officer under suspension in Kerala has sent legal notices to the state Chief Secretary, an additional chief secretary and another colleague.</p><p>IAS officer N Prasanth, who is under suspension for openly criticising additional chief secretary A Jayathilak, has sent legal notice to Chief Secretary Sarada Muraleedharan, Jayathilak and former industries director K Gopalakrishnan, who is under suspension for creating religion-based WhatsApp groups of officers. </p>.Religious Whatsapp group for bureaucrats: IAS officer's phone reset, says police.<p>A Malayalam daily that gave reports against the alleged lapses on the part of Prasanth was also served the legal notice.</p><p>Prasanth accused Jayathilak of fabricating documents against him with regard to allegedly misplacing some files and manipulating attendance by faking outside duties while heading the Unnathi initiative for welfare of people from the the SC and ST communities. </p>.Suspended Kerala IAS officers face serious charges.<p>He alleged that the letters sent by his predecessor at Unnathi, IAS officer Gopalakrishnan, to Jayathilak were manipulated ones to falsely implicate him.</p><p>Prasanth accused the Chief Secretary of not taking action against these officials even as he brought it to her notice.</p><p>He demanded that Jayathilak and Gopalakrishnan should be placed under suspension to avoid tampering with the evidence and also sought a public apology from them.</p>
