<p>A Maharashtra man divorced his 2nd wife through triple talaq after she refused to have sex with his boss. Before the demand for sex with his boss, the man had asked her to cough up Rs 15 lakh per month to divorce his first wife.</p><p>According to a <a href="https://www.news18.com/india/maharashtra-kalyan-man-triple-talaq-wife-refuses-to-have-sex-with-boss-woman-refuses-to-sleep-with-boss-triple-talaq-9166370.html" rel="nofollow">report</a> in <em>News18</em>, Sohail Sheikh, a 45-year-old software engineer from Kalyan, married the 28-year-old in January 2024. Soon after, he told her that he wanted to divorce his first wife, and he needed to pay her Rs 15 lakh per month.</p><p>As such, he forced her to ask her parents for the amount, which she refused to do.</p><p>Following this, Sohail then demanded that she have sex with his boss. She denied this too. When she did so, he beat her up, and then divorced her on the spot through triple talaq, after which he kicked her out of the house.</p><p>On December 19, the woman submitted a complaint against him at the Sambhaji Nagar City Police Station. Later, the case was transferred to the Bazar Peth Police Station.</p><p>The police said that the woman alleged she was physically and mentally abused by Sohail.
