<p>Cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal and dancer partner Dhanashree Verma are splitting up with the Bombay High Court directing the family court to take a decision on their divorce tomorrow. </p><p>The court sought the cooling period of six months, under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act needed for a divorce decree, be waived off. </p><p>Given that the Indian Premier League (IPL) is coming up, which would keep Chahal engaged, the HC directed that a decision be taken tomorrow. </p><p>Justice Jamdar of the high court allowed the petition. "As the petitioner No 1 (Chahal) is a participant of IPL, the advocate informs that he may not be available post March 21. The family court is hence requested to decide their divorce plea by tomorrow (March 20)," HC said. Chahal is part of the Punjab Kings team for the IPL cricket tournament that is scheduled to start on March 22.</p><p>"As per the consent term, Chahal had agreed to pay a permanent alimony of Rs 4 crore 75 lakh to Verma of which Rs 2 crore 37 lakh and 55 thousand is already paid.
