One youth was killed after being hit by a bullet.<br /><br />According to the police sources, the trouble began after an incident of eve teasing at Rampur Maniharan locality in the district on Saturday evening. A girl was returning home when two youths passed lewd comments. When the members of the other community objected, an altercation ensued. <br /><br />The situation was defused after intervention of the elders. But a few hours later, members of the two communities clashed using firearms and pelted stones at each other.<br /><br /> Security personnel from the adjoining districts had been rushed to the spot to control the situation and the busy Delhi-Saharanpur highway had been closed for traffic as a precautionary measure, sources added.<br /></p>
