<p>Former Congress president Rahul Gandhi has left for a week-long European tour during which he will meet European Union Parliamentarians and Indian diaspora besides having interactions with students in prominent universities.</p><p>Rahul, who left on Tuesday night, will visit Belgium, France, Holland and Norway. He will address a press conference in Paris too, the second one in the day after Brussels.</p><p>On September 9, Rahul will meet French Parliamentarians. He will have two interactions with students of University of Inalco and University of Sciences Po in Paris. </p><p>Rahul will fly from Paris to Holland on September 10 where he will interact with students of 448-year-old Leiden University at The Hague. The last leg of his tour will be in Norway where he will meet the country's lawmakers in Oslo followed by a meeting with NRIs. He will also have an interaction with students of University of Oslo.</p><p>The Indian Overseas Congress is organising the events for Gandhi, a senior leader said. He is scheduled to return on September 13 early morning.</p>
