SMS campaign for Naveen Patnaik

The winner of the prestigious award given every year by an English news channel will be selected through SMS voting which has already begun and will continue till December 11.

Patnaik is rubbing shoulders with five other nominees –– Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi, Railway Minister Mamata Banerjee, Home Minister P Chidambaram, Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee and Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh for the  award.
