<p>Chennai: Popular Tamil actor <a href="https://www.deccanherald.com/tags/vijay">Vijay</a> will on October 27 unveil the ideology, policies, and action plans of his fledgling party, Tamizhaga Vetri Kazhagam, at the first state-level conference in Vikravandi in northern Tamil Nadu. This is Vijay’s most definitive step towards his pledge to usher in a “fundamental political change” in the state. </p><p>Vijay’s announcement comes less than a month after he launched his party’s flag sporting two colours with red on top and bottom, and yellow in the middle with a motif of two fighting tuskers on either side of vaagai flower (syrissa or albizza odaritissma), representing war strength and victory. </p><p>“I am happy to announce that the first state conference of Tamizhaga Vetri Kazhagam (TVK) to declare its ideology, policies, and policy-based action plans will be held on October 27 V.
