<p>Tax proceedings have begun against Swiss bank account holders, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley told the Lok Sabha Friday.<br /><br /></p>.<p>Responding to a query from BJP member Anurag Thakur during a discussion on the union budget, Jaitley said: "Tax proceedings have begun...".<br /><br />He said that "SIT (Special Investigating Team) is going into it" and details are being given to it.<br /><br />Jaitley said there was a media report of a separate list, but when we wrote to the Swiss authorities, they said there was "no separate list".<br /><br />He said the "present government has nothing to hide" and the issue of black money has been taken up "with some element of intensity".<br /><br />The minister added that the government is "in process of communicating with the Swiss authorities".</p>
