<p>Hyderabad: The Telangana High Court on Wednesday allowed an advocate to accompany BRS working president K T Rama Rao to the ACB office for questioning.</p><p>KTR moved the high court on Wednesday in connection with the Formula E case, seeking orders from the ACB officials to question him in the presence of his lawyers. Two days ago, ACB refused to allow his lawyers to accompany him during the questioning.</p><p>He submitted his statement and returned. On Wednesday, KTR moved a lunch motion petition in the high court, which was taken up by the Justice K Lakshman bench for hearing.</p><p>After listening to the arguments from both sides, the High Court directed that Advocate J Ramachander, as suggested by the BRS, may observe the proceedings of KTR questioning from the library adjacent to the investigation room. </p><p>The questioning can be observed using the library window. KTR's lawyer brought to the court's attention the Supreme Court judgments earlier allowing lawyers during questioning. Justice K Lakshman observed that the same bench had also given a ruling in the past, allowing a lawyer when YSRCP MP YS Avinash Reddy faced a CBI investigation in a case.</p><p>Additional Advocate General Thera Rajinikanth Reddy, arguing on behalf of the ACB, expressed objection to allowing the lawyer. The bench questioned the rationale behind the objection, given that the lawyer was not entering the interrogation room.</p><p>The High Court explained that while KTR and the investigating officer would be in one room, the lawyer would be seated in another room where both can be seen.</p>
