Media personnel and lawyers clashed in the Kerala High Court premises over the arrest of government pleader Dhanesh Mathew Manjooran.
Manjooran was arrested on the charge of molestation of a woman. Two television cameramen and one channel reporter were roughed up by the lawyers.
The clash also led to a police lathicharge on the street. Preliminary reports said that the trouble started at about 1.30 pm on July 20 after a group of lawyers manhandled television reporters in the court premises and verbally abused reporters, including several women.
