Launching one of his most vitriolic attack on West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday alleged she is supporting claims of a separate Prime Minister for Jammu and Kashmir. He was referring to the claim made by former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir Omar Abdullah who said that one day Jammu and Kashmir will have a separate Prime Minister and President.

"Now Didi is siding to with those who want two Prime Ministers in India. Can you imagine one Prime Minister for the rest of India and other for Jammu and Kashmir," said Modi. He was addressing a BJP rally in West Bengal's Cooch Behar district.

Ranging from issues such as India's recent achievement of anti-satelight capacity to NRC the Prime Minister made it clear that the Trinamool Congress (TMC) supremo will be one of the key targets of his attack in the run-up to the Lok Sabha elections.

"Some people had problems when India becoming a space power. Didi had a problem with it. In fact, she got so disturbed that she is constantly chanting 'Modi hatao Modi hatao'", said Modi.

He further alleged that due to vote bank politics Banerjee was shielding the infiltrators.

The Prime Minister also said that in a bid to identify infiltrators the NRC was conducted with Assam but Banerjee also tried to scuttle the process.

"Your Chowkidar conducted NRC in Assam to identify infiltrators. Didi also tried to stop it but failed," said Modi.

He also said that Banerjee and the Mahagatbandhan allies were trying to stop the Citizenship ( Amendment) Bill.

Putting Banerjee in the same bracket with her arch-rival CPI( M) Modi said that instead of changing the "undemocratic" ways of the Left Front she has copied them to cling to power.
