<p>Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Sunday added a tinge of mystery to his purported meeting with NCP chief Sharad Pawar a day before saying details of such meetings are not made public.<br /><br />Reports suggested that Pawar and senior NCP leader Praful Patel met Shah in Ahmedabad on Saturday, amid the Shiv Sena-NCP-Congress Maha Vikas Aghadi government in Maharashtra facing political controversy over the discovery of explosives outside industrialist Mukesh Ambani's residence in Mumbai.</p>.<p><strong>Read | <a href="https://www.deccanherald.com/national/some-people-in-delhi-preparing-to-form-upa-ii-claims-raut-966752.html">Some people in Delhi preparing to form UPA-II, claims Raut </a></strong></p>.<p>"Such things need not be made public," Shah told a press conference here when he was asked about the meeting.</p>.<p>He did not deny that the meeting took place. There was no word from the NCP.</p>.<p>The recent controversies surrounding the discovery of explosives outside Ambani's residence, subsequent arrest of senior police official Sachin Waze and removal of Mumbai Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh as well as his allegations against NCP leader and Home Minister Anil Deshmukh had triggered trouble in the Sena-led coalition.</p>
