A private company has started a chopper service for people to have a bird’s-eye view of the Vrindavan Kumbh fair and temples in surrounding areas, an official of the company said on Monday.

The service was started on Sunday, he added. “It would facilitate people visiting Vrindavan Kumbh to watch majestic events like ‘Shahi Snan’ besides camps of saints and ‘akharas’ with their flags in the Kumbh,” said the firm’s Managing Director Vishal Jain.

He said the chopper service would be a boon for senior citizens, who are unable to walk for long distances to watch the Kumbh fair. “The ride would be for five to six minutes, starting and ending at the same place and carry four persons at a time,” he said.
