A brief session of Parliament, the last for the 15th Lok Sabha, will be convened in February to pass the Vote-on-Account and take up some anti-corruption draft legislations pursued by Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi after the party’s rout in four states in the recent Assembly elections.

Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kamal Nath on Wednesday said the last session of Parliament will have 10 sittings and the government was in the process of finalising agenda for the two Houses.

The February session will be the second part of the winter session as the government had not prorogued the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha after the sine die adjournment on December 18.

The Whistleblowers Protection Bill, Judicial Accountability Bill, Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Bill, Citizens Charter Bill, Timely Delivery of Services Bill and the Public Procurement Bill were pending in Parliament.
