Two persons were killed and another injured in an incident of wall collapse as intermittent rains hit Mumbai's suburbs.
The wall collapse was reported from the Kalva area of Thane city. The IMD has forecast heavy rains in Mumbai, particularly in the satellite township of Navi Mumbai and the Raigad district.
The Vasai-Virar belt has been experiencing heavy rainfall. The catchment areas of Mumbai too received heavy rains.
