England won the opening Test at Leeds by five wickets before the visitors restored parity with a 336-run win the second match at Birmingham.

The hosts regained the lead with a 22-run victory in the third Test at Lord's while the fourth match at Manchester ended in a thrilling draw.

"I was heartbroken after dropping the catch of Harry Brooks yesterday and especially with kind of innings he played after that," said Siraj after his match-winning 5-wicket performance.

Indian pacer Mohammed Siraj was given the man of the match award after his power-packed 5-wicket performance.

"My plan was to keep it simple," he said when asked about what kept him going in this entire series.

"I believed in myself that I could do it, I put up a pic which said BELIEVE on my phone," he added about his thought process this morning when odds were not in favour of the visitors.

Talking about the 'heartbreaking' Lord's Test he said, "it was unfortunate the way that match ended."

"The way both the teams played the entire showed that both teams came with their A-game," said Indian captain Shubman Gill in the post-match presentation.

Gill added that India's plan was to make England feel the pressure at every moment.

"It feels very rewarding to recieve this award. At the start of this series, I wanted to be the best batter in this series," said Indian captain.

"It was difficult to watch it from outside when you can't contribute. It was again a very hard fought match just like this entire series," said England skipped Ben Stokes.
