Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) president Dinesh Gundu Rao stated that the long-pending cabinet expansion will take place during the third week of September.
All the six vacant ministerial berths reserved for the Congress would be filled said Rao, also assuring that the cabinet expansion would do justice to north Karnataka.
Speaking to reporters at the Hubballi airport on Wednesday, Rao admitted that there was no difference of opinion within the Congress, but all its leaders were working towards galvanising the party.
"District level leaders will resolve problems related to their districts and there is no need for senior leaders to interfere," he remarked.
