S Praveen of the Government Boys’ College has secured 17th rank in Engineering section, 70th rank in Medical and 28th rank in Indian Standard Medicine (ISM).
Praveen has obtained 53 marks in Physics, 58 in Chemistry and 44 in Maths and 47 in Biology.
Praveen had scored 92.2 per cent in the PU examination.
A student of Mahila Samaja College Y G L Kiran has brought laurels to the college securing 68th rank in Medical, 72nd rank in Engineering section.
DDPU Kadirivelan congratulated the students who are pursuing professional courses despite having come from a backward district. Principal of the Government's Boys’ College has congratulated the students.
