Ration under PDS released for Kolar district

Antyodaya cardholders will get 29 kgs of rice at Rs 3 per kg and wheat at Rs 2 per kg. Akshaya cardholders (BPL) are entitled to 4 kg rice and one kg wheat (for one unit, considering a person as one unit), 8 kg rice and one kg wheat (for two units), 12 kg rice and 2 kg wheat (for three units), 16 kg rice for four units, and 20 kg rice, 3 kg wheat for units five and above.

Kerosene is allotted at 5 litres for non-LPG cardholders in Kolar and KGF, 4 litres for cardholders in Malur, Bangarpet, Mulbagal and Srinivaspur taluks and 3 litres for non-LPG consumers in rural areas. Antyodaya Anna, Akshaya/BPL cardholders will get 800 grams, according to the official press release.
