Union Minister of State for Skill Development Ananthkumar Hegde, in the wee hours of Monday, received a threat call from an anonymous caller to his landline phone number, reports DHNS from Sirsi, Uttar Karnataka dist. A case has been registered at the Market police station. The call was received by the minister’s wife Roopa as he was not at home. The caller is said to have referred to Hegde’s statement on Muslims and the Ayodhya issue.
