<p>JD(S) MLC Syed Mudeer Aga died of heart attack at a private hospital in Bengaluru in the wee hours of Saturday.</p>.<p>He was aged 67. Aga had suffered a heart attack at his Bengaluru residence on Friday night. He was shifted to Fortis Hospital, where he failed to respond to treatment and died at 1.30 am on Saturday.</p>.<p>Aga, a native of Ramanagaram, was elected to Upper House in June 2012. His tenure was to end on this June 17.</p>.<p>Syed Mudeer Aga is survived by wife and three daughters. His family is involved in cocoon and real estate businesses in Ramanagaram district.</p>.<p>JD(S) national president H D Deve Gowda paid his last respects to Aga at the latter's Ramanagaram residence.</p>.<p>The final rites of Aga were performed at his native on Saturday evening.</p>
