<p>Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy on Thursday announced that he will be presenting the first budget of his coalition government on July 5.</p>.<p class="bodytext">Kumaraswamy, who also holds the Finance portfolio, will be presenting the full-fledged budget for the remaining part of the financial year 2018-19. The previous Congress government headed by Siddaramaiah had presented a vote-on-account budget in February this year ahead of the Assembly elections.</p>.<p class="bodytext">Meanwhile, Kumaraswamy started holding pre-budget meetings for preparing the budget document. He held closed-door meetings with his ministerial colleagues and heads of various departments.</p>
