Batting for stringent regulations during elections, Leader of Opposition Siddaramaiah warned of dire consequences to the democratic set up if the system is not reformed.
In his speech during the special Constitution debate at the Legislative Assembly on Monday, Siddaramaiah also urged the Centre to strengthen the 10th Schedule, failing which no democracy or elected government will survive.
