We welcome Nitish Kumar’s step to break alliance with BJP: CPI Leader D Raja

Communist Party of India General Secretary D Raja voiced support for Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar over the latter’s decision to end alliance with Bharatiya Janata Party and unite with Opposition against its former ally.

“We welcome the way in which he broke with BJP and joined the secular democratic forces, Mahagathbandhan in Bihar. Time has come that all secular democratic parties, Left parties, and regional parties must come together and fight unitedly to defeat BJP, in the interest of the country and its future,” he said.
