Sudden heavy rain triggered water logging in parts of Siliguri in West Bengal on June 21. West Bengal Fire and Emergency Services stirred to action as people are suffering lots of problems. According to the Irrigation and Waterways Department, Siliguri received 110 mm rainfall in the past 24 hours.
