Sexual assault lawsuit against Jay-Z, Sean 'Diddy' Combs dropped by accuser

New York: A woman who accused Shawn "Jay-Z" Carter and Sean "Diddy" Combs of raping her in 2000 when she was 13 has dismissed her civil lawsuit against the music moguls, according to a Friday court filing.

The filing in federal court in Manhattan said the plaintiff Jane Doe voluntarily dismissed the lawsuit with prejudice, meaning it cannot be brought again, after her lawyers dismissed the matter with defense lawyers.
