Resident doctors under Federation of Resident Doctors Association (FORDA) continued their strike on December 29 at Safdarjung Hospital, against the delay in NEET-PG counselling. Doctors suspended the outpatient department treatment (OPD) services. “We're facing problems in getting medical treatment here, but the doctors are raising valid demands after working through Covid-19 pandemic,” said a relative of a patient. Resident doctors of major government hospitals in Delhi, who have been on a protest against delays in holding NEET-PG counselling, said that they will continue their agitation until their demands are met.
