Jagtap, the Congress Deputy Leader in Legislative Council, is a former Mumbai Congress President.

“We are the biggest democracy. If there are questions raised about the election, the Election Commission needs to answer. The Election Commission  is a dog which sits outside the bungalow of Modi. Like other central agencies, this one is misused as well,” he said.

“People in the state were totally against the ruling Maha Yuti regime, but the entire credit for it goes to the EVMs. Yes, EVMs were tampere,.” said Jagtap.
