Ice and snow

Frost, ice and snow are ubiquitous in the winter in Vancouver. This year, the snow has been elusive. But there is frost and ice. And both can produce beautiful structures off the mundane objects they collect on - be it a rusted nail or the remains of an abandoned spider web. Photo and Text by  Ananth Narayan S.
