Heavy rain continues to batter parts of Delhi-NCR, and pictures from the national capital show flooded streets and massive traffic disrupting daily life. Delhi-NCR has witnessed an incessant spell of rain since Wednesday. The IMD issued a 'yellow alert', cautioning people about moderate rain at most places in Delhi.
