There is also a proposal to construct a dispensary, panchkarma, community centre, gym, auditorium and MCD office above the underground parking, Subhash Arya informed the gathering. <br /><br />“To be built on ground and first floors, the proposed construction activity will cover an area of 3638.32 square metre at the ground while an area of 1777.66 square metre at the first floor.
