India removes minimum import price for yellow peas

India, the world's biggest importer of yellow peas, on Friday removed the minimum import price for yellow peas, a government order said, in an effort to facilitate imports after allowing duty-free imports on Thursday.

India imports yellow peas mainly from Canada and Russia.
