Sensex climbs 296.26 points; Nifty rallies 90.35 points in early trade

Sensex on Monday climbed 296.26 points to 81,007.02; Nifty rallied 90.35 points to 24,831.35 in early trades.

Benchmark stock indices Sensex and Nifty closed unchanged after a volatile session on Friday as gains in oil & gas and auto shares were offset by losses in IT and FMCG shares.
