
A group of students, local residents and bird watchers removed garbage from the Doddakallasandra Lake premises on Saturday as part of a clean-up drive.
Nonprofit ActionAid, in association with the Japanese technology company NTT Data, organised the clean-up drive at the lake. Around 30 NSS tudents from Silicon City College collected garbage that included tetra packets, plastic items, bottles, glass pieces, etc, from the lake premises.
