Telgi produced before court

He was produced before the court based on the request by a Pune court. However, the CJM could not record Telgi’s statement as the Pune court had not specifically mentioned the case.

Hence, the judge adjourned the ruling date for video conferencing to record Telgi’s statement, to a later date.
