Vodafone Essar, on Thursday, announced that it will roll out 3G (third generation) mobile service in the first quarter of 2011. The first 3G services will be rolled out in Mumbai and Delhi circles said Sanjoy Mukherjee, Director Business Operation. The company had won the third-generation mobile spectrum auction in 10 circles. In 3G, the company has theoretical speed of 21 mbps, he added.
