The right kind of jewellery can add  glamour and style to even the most ordinary outfit. It is important to match jewellery with your personal style, your outfit and the occasion. At the workplace, it is best to keep jewellery simple. A pair of pearl earrings or diamond studs, a slim gold or platinum chain with a diamond pendant and a pair of slim  bangles can look stylish without screaming money!

If you are a simple dresser, avoid chunky jewellery. It’s important to ensure that what you wear complements your personality. Otherwise, no matter how beautiful the piece, it will fail to enhance your outfit.

When wearing a sari with a heavy border,  opt for chandelier earrings or elaborate ear studs. Simpler saris must be teamed with layered, beaded necklaces that have a diamond centrepiece.

If you are wearing a traditional lehenga, a thick necklace or choker and kadas are just perfect. Alternatively, you could wear a thin gold chain with a big diamond pendant, diamond earrings and kadas. Western dresses and evening gowns should only be paired with big diamond pendants on long thick chains and a diamond bracelet to complete the look.
