Nikshep triumphs

Nikshep scored a 6-7 (0-7), 6-4, 6-2 win over second seed V Jeevan to bag the under-12 crown.

In the under-14, Nikshep defeated fifth-seeded State-mate Rahul B S 6-1, 6-4. Third seed Preeti Bhandurge of Maharashtra won the girls under-14 title, edging past top seed A Shameema of Tamil Nadu 6-7 (12-14), 6-4, 6-2 in the final.
