High Court verdict brings respite for HIMS

A huge protest had been organised during the initial period when the government removed 90 employees within two weeks after reporting for duty.

When the verdict came, the employees distributed sweets among themselves.

Lawyer Ranganath who represented the retrenched employees, said truth triumphs always.
Annaswamy, a retrenched employee said, they had confidence that the court’s decision will be in their favour. In fact officials had misled Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa because of which they were retrenched. Such officials should be punished, he appealed.
