Set in the deep jungles of the Malabar coast, eccentric, brain cancer ailing scientist, George States (Jeff Douchette) is in search of the Nagamani. He has heard that the mani has powers to make man immortal. As he watches in awe two snakes entangled in love, he lures the male cobra and hopes that its mate (Mallika Sherawat) would come in search of its loved one. Cobra goddess, Mallika, is all set to find her lost mate and slithers upon her journey into the city.
She changes from woman to snake woman in a jiffy and wipes out all the bad boys. Murders are on the rise and Inspector , Gupta (Irrfan Khan) is a confused man.
Half eaten bodies are seen in every corner and women claim they have seen the snake goddess. All set to solve the case, Gupta follows Mallika like a hawk.
As time passes, Mallika finds her lost love in an underground lab. She delivers the killer blow and finally the blood bath comes to an end.
Mallika has moved up a notch and you can see her making love to reptiles this time around. Be sure to carry with you an aspirin and an antacid as you watch Mallika wriggling out this huge mess.
