QI’m 18 years old and I have a lot of hair above my upper lip. I don’t like to wax.  Is there any other way to remove it?

AApply a mixture of cucumber juice and lime juice to the area above your upper lip to lighten it. You could also apply a paste of sugar dissolved in  lemon juice in the direction of hair growth. Rinse after 10-15 minutes. Apply a paste of freshly-squeezed lemon juice and 4 teaspoons of honey to the affected area. Rinse after 10-15 minutes. Mix turmeric powder with milk and apply the paste on the face. Scrub by moving your fingers in circular motion. Wash with cold water.

While bleaching is not an actual facial hair removal technique, it does make facial hair less visible. It is an easy and quick procedure that lasts approximately three weeks. Other methods of hair removal are threading, pulsed laser therap and electrolysis, all of which need to be supervised by a qualified expert.

QI am 14 years old and I am 5 feet, 2 inches tall.  How can I grow taller?

AIn order to grow taller, you need to follow a healthy lifestyle. Your daily meal plan must include fresh fruits and vegetables (2 fruits and 3 vegetables), whole grains (wholewheat chapatis, brown rice), 2 servings of reduced fat milk and milk products (250 ml milk, 1 bowl of curd), 1 serving of lentils or lean meat (1 katori of dal or a bowl of sprouts or 1 katori of baked/ steamed/ grilled fish/ chicken with the fat trimmed) and 10 grams (2 tsp) of nuts (walnuts/ almonds/ cashew) every day.  I also recommend a 30-minute brisk walk, aerobics, swimming or any athletic sport (basketball, throwball etc) to stay fit and healthy.
