In his 30 minutes long power point presentation, Deputy Commissioner of Mandya apprised the chair on various subjects.

There was not a single interruption from the two, as in the earlier cases when they were seeking clarifications from the officers, even as the officers made their presentation.

Soon after Jaffer ended his presentation to a thunderous applause, the visiting dignitaries appreciated his efforts and said ‘Deputy Commissioner is also deemed as Magistrate according to the law’, which meant he stood above other officers.

An elated Jaffer was seen greeted by many later.
