Quiz on bio-diversity

The programme was inaugurated by The Yenepoya School Managing Director Farhad Yenepoya who highlighted on the decline in Bio-Diversity because of irresponsible deeds of adults. He said that school children play a pivotal role in bringing awareness among people about environment and ecology.

NITK Director Sandeep Sancheti stressed on principles of Ahimsa (Non Violence) and Apigraha (not to collect things which we don't need).

Thrishala Shetty and Deeksha J P of Lady Victoria Girls High School won the first place.

Kendriya Vidyalaya were the first runners up and Sri Ramakrishna School was the second runner up. An art exhibition, book exhibition and mind games were also organised to keep the audience entertained.
