<p>The swearing-in ceremony of Kumar will take place at the historic Gandhi Maidan at 2.30 PM, official sources said here today.<br /><br />Governor Devanand Konwar would administer the oath of office and secrecy to Kumar, they said.<br /><br />Konwar would also administer the oath to other members of the ministry, including Sushil Kumar Modi of BJP, who would be the Deputy Chief Minister.<br /><br />Meanwhile, preparations are in full swing to spruce up the sprawling Maidan for the function.</p>
