Haste begets waste

For the womenfolk, Naariya... is therapy, with the ladies all draped in sarees of all colours, hues and designs. But the pleasure ends very soon , when Ravichandran is seen stomping and tearing on the pallau of the heroine to save her. However, the pain is nothing compared to the torture unleashed on Ravichandran fans who are forced to wait for the Neere Neere song. When it finally appears, there is little enthusiasm left and music by the two music directors actually adds to the yawns. 

The director makes a hash of a ready-made, worn out story. Ravichandran, the entertainer-actor, is lost in hideous wigs, stubble and pot-belly; a makeover is long overdue. He owes his fans at least that much. Nikhitha goes through the motions, while Naveen, Harshika, Shivaram, Shobhraj and Arvind are all wasted. A pity.
