Pradhan to be State BJP in-charge

Shanta Kumar, who was shifted to Punjab, had not taken any active interest in the State party affairs since he was appointed the party in-charge earlier this year. When Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa was accused of nepotism, Kumar was away in the US to attend a UN conference.
