There will be no sittings in the Circuit Benches at Dharwad and Gulbarga during the vacation. The working hours for the Office of the Principal Bench at Bangalore and circuit benches at Dharwad and Gulbarga will be from 10.15 am to 2 pm, except on all vacation court sitting days, which it will be from 10.15 am to 5 pm. Dismissed
The HC has dismissed an appeal by godman Nithyananda to quash the FIR against him in Ramanagara station, as Nithyananda’s counsel withdrew the appeal. Justice C R Kumaraswamy gave the petitioners the liberty of filing a fresh appeal. Nithyananda’s counsel said they would refile appealing to quash the chargesheet on additional grounds on Monday.
