Ever since he chose to be a part of the dance reality show “Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 4”, singer-actor Meiyang Chang has been feeling very fit.

"Benefits of dancing: I feel younger, alive and I can touch my toes without bending my knees! Truly, a momentous day,” Chang posted on Twitter.

The 28-year-old gained fame through the singing reality show “Indian Idol” after which he started anchoring shows, and even landed a role in Yash Raj Films' “Badmaash Company”. He is a dentist by profession.
